The Northwest premier Steampunk Festival returns. Follow Phileas Fogg’s Journey "Around the world in 80 days" The A Splendid Day Out airship will land in the UK’s charming Victorian seaside retreat of Morecambe for its fifth year of top-hole entertainment. Presented by The League of Splendid, another weekend of astounding entertainment and events, will take place throughout Morecambe.

The Winter Gardens will host out Art & Literature festival “Arts Of Steam”.

We are delighted to welcome  Rosie Garland!

She will be joining us for Arts Of Steam in the Winter Gardens all over the weekend, 2nd & 3rd June 2018

Join us as we take you on a Journey around the world, visiting all the countries Philieas Fogg travelled to, each with its own entertainment and selection of food.

Join us for an extravagant exploration of what it means to have goth style!
Real-life goths, punks, steampunks and other assorted ‘weirdo mosher freaks’ will strut, stomp and parade their individual dress sense for the public of Manchester. Interspersed with the street style will be fashion looks from students and alumni of Manchester Met’s Manchester Fashion Institute, showing the pervasive influence of goth sensibilities in contemporary haute couture. Sound tracked by goth music, introduced by two queens of goth-dom - Rosie Lugosi The Vampire Queen and Manchester’s monochrome drag par excellence Liquorice Black – this will be a catwalk to remember and a brilliant way to round off your Halloween weekend in the city.

Travelling through time, freaks born of hybrid imaginings, fighter pilots, goddesses, damsels in corsets and bustles. Pocket watches and top hats and of course Inventions!

Bella A Go Go brings back the fabulous fantasy of Steampunk, a genre of mad science, invention, alternate histories and lots of fun.
